Each player begins with an individual assessment before joining an age- and developmentally appropriate training group.

❋ Individual Player Assessment

Every athlete begins with a personalized assessment to identify their strengths, establish development goals, and place them in the appropriate training group.

❋ Beyond the Ball

Our curriculum goes beyond technical skills by incorporating strength development, nutrition & wellness, leadership, and confidence-building to support the whole athlete.

Investment: $250 - 12 sessions
❋ Parent Partnership

Families receive ongoing resources, athlete progress updates, and practical tools after each session to help reinforce learning and development at home.

Meet Rosalyn Renay Terry, RD

Rosalyn Renay Terry, RD is a Registered Dietitian, Nutrition Specialist, Fitness Instructor, and Holistic Health Advocate with over 12 years of experience in nutrition and 15+ years in health and wellness. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Health and Human Performance with a concentration in Nutrition.

As the founder of Rosalyn Renay LLC and a partner with FitSquad Studios, Rosalyn provides nutrition counseling, wellness coaching, and community-based health programming throughout Atlanta. Her work focuses on nutrition education, sustainable lifestyle changes, weight management, chronic disease prevention, and healthy aging.

With experience working with older adults, individuals with chronic health conditions, and underserved communities, Rosalyn combines evidence-based nutrition with movement and behavior change to help people build healthier, sustainable lifestyles.

As a trained Diabetes Prevention Program (DPP) Lifestyle Coach, she is passionate about empowering individuals with the knowledge and tools needed to improve their nutrition, prevent disease, and thrive.
